Meet Wally
Wally is the founder of Propulse People Performance. He has rich experience in implementing wide ranging changes in various industries, cultures and countries. He has been leading change and acted as consultant and trainer in everything from small businesses to large multinationals, governmental institutions and NGO’s.
His expertise has helped organizations win industry awards, and his approach is grounded in the best industry practices. He has studied change implementation, and learning design and he has also been trained as trainer, DISC assessor and mediator.
