This training addresses the people side of change because it is people that make change succeed or fail. During many years of leading and dealing with change we have studied theory and practice and witnessed where implementations go off track.
This has led us to create the E.N.E.R.G.Y. for Change Flywheel with belonging toolbox. This E.N.E.R.G.Y. for Change Flywheel has proven to be very effective and has been validated by scholars. All tools in this training come from this model, are proven and address areas of the flywheel.

We tailor this training to either leaders that work ahead of the change implementation and desire more conceptual models and tools to create the best possible change approach, or to leaders that need to implement change in their operational team(s) and therefore need tools that will help them to overcome common challenges in change.
The training will cover some 10 tools or more depending on what tools we select for your organization. We will define this together.

- In-company training for between 4 to 10 leaders who are responsible for designing the change journey or implementing change within their team(s).
- The training includes an intake session & questionnaire, four interactive 3-hour sessions, and up to 4 hours of post-training mentoring.
- Small assignments (preferably trimmed to your change case), to be done outside the training sessions, prior to each session.
- As little theory as needed and as much practice and real life examples as possible.
- Sessions will be conducted online and if possible in person (all participants in a session must attend either in-person or online).
