Propulse People Performance (Propulse) is committed to safeguarding the privacy of clients, their employees, and contracted third parties in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This privacy statement outlines how we, as a Processor, handle personal data.
Processing of Personal Data
In the course of executing agreed-upon services, prospected customer organisations, clients, and participants are required to disclose personal data. This may include:
- Legal personal data of the client
- Personal data of the client’s employees and stakeholders.
- First and last name, picture, gender, age, function.
- Business address details, business email address, telephone number.
- Data relevant to health and well-being, such as allergies.
- Data related to Propulse activities (e.g., plan of approach, reports, results of questionnaires, tests).
These personal data are processed carefully by Propulse in accordance with the law.
Purposes and Foundations
Personal data is processed to execute agreements and facilitate normal business processes, including efficient service provision, financial, administrative, sales, marketing, and relationship management processes.
Examples of processing purposes include:
- Registration of customer organisations, clients, stakeholders, employees, and service providers.
- Offering services aligned with the client organisation’s mission.
- Conducting measurements and evaluations.

Confidentiality
Personal data is treated with due observance of GDPR provisions. Propulse employees and partners are contractually bound to comply with GDPR.
Exclusion
Propulse cannot secure compliance with GDPR for personal information stored on the customer’s servers.

Propulse has implemented measures to ensure the physical, technical, and organisational security of personal data, aiming to prevent unauthorized access. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes.
Disclosure to Third Parties
Propulse does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may only be shared with third parties in the context of services, subject to GDPR compliance.
